The prices shown on our website are CorporaX’s professional and facilitation fees for our assistance — not government fees. CorporaX isn’t liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, government action, strikes, internet/telecom failures, cyberattacks, government portal downtime, or changes in law. Our obligations are suspended for the duration of such events, and timelines extend accordingly.
In case of any dispute, both parties will first attempt good-faith resolution within 30 days of written notice.

CorporaX’s failure to enforce any right or provision doesn’t waive that right. Any waiver is effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized CorporaX representative.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any service-specific terms shown at purchase, form the entire agreement between you and CorporaX, superseding any prior understanding or agreement, written or oral.
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. CorporaX may assign its rights to any affiliate, successor, or acquirer without your consent, provided it doesn’t materially reduce your rights.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting, with an updated “Last Updated” date.
