CorporaX is a private business consultancy that provides information, guidance, documentation support, and process facilitation to entrepreneurs and businesses across India. For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act), CorporaX acts as the Data Fiduciary — the entity responsible for deciding why and how your personal data is processed. We do not issue any government registration, licence, or certificate ourselves, and we are not a government body.

2. Definitions    

• Personal Data — any data about an individual who can be identified from that data, whether alone or combined with other information.
• Data Principal — the individual the personal data belongs to. That’s you.
• Data Fiduciary — the entity that decides the purpose and means of processing personal data — in this case, CorporaX.
• Processing — any action performed on personal data, including collecting, storing, using, sharing, or deleting it.

• Personal Identification Information — your name, email, phone number, address, and any government identifiers you choose to share for a specific service (such as PAN or Aadhaar details).
• Business Information — your company or proposed entity name, business activity, director/shareholder details, and other corporate information relevant to the service you’ve requested.
• Financial Data — payment details processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store full card information on our own servers.
• Technical & Usage Data — IP address, device/browser type, operating system, pages visited, referral source, and similar data collected automatically via cookies and similar technologies.
• Communications — records of enquiries, messages, and correspondence with us through forms, email, phone, or chat.

4. How We Collect Your Information

• Security & fraud prevention — protecting our website, users, and business.

6. Consent & Withdrawing It

Where we rely on your consent, you give it when you submit information for a stated purpose. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting our Grievance Officer (details below). Withdrawing consent doesn’t undo processing already carried out, and may limit our ability to continue certain services. If a service is actively in progress, transactional communications related to it will continue regardless of a marketing opt-out.

• Government authorities — where you’ve engaged us to handle a specific filing, relevant details are submitted to the appropriate authority (such as MCA, GSTN, the Income Tax Department, or IP India) with your authorization. The final decision always rests with that authority, not with us.
• Service providers & processors — trusted third parties supporting our website, payments, communications, and customer support — bound by obligations to protect your data.
• Independent professionals — where a task legally requires certification by a licensed professional, relevant information may be shared with a duly qualified independent professional engaged for that purpose.
• Legal requirements — where disclosure is required by law, regulation, or a valid legal request.
